Minutes of previous meeting proposed by S Clarke, seconded by G Wheaton

Chair

Details were discussed regarding the replacement of the secretary as follows.

S Clarke had offered to stand as club secretary, L Donohue as youth secretary, L

Langley-Pope as mini soccer secretary and K Chadwick as adult secretary.

A Wilson proposed S Clarke as acting secretary from 1

Wheaton. Carried.

Roles to be carried forward until club AGM.

A Wilson to revise club constitution to accommodate potential new roles within club

and report back to committee.

A Wilson proposed the club purchase 4 mobile phones for issue to all the new

secretary’s. After discussion a vote was seconded for the purchase of 1 mobile phone

to be issued to S Clarke. Seconded L Donohue. Carried.

Secretary's Report

Pioneer league

Transfers have now ceased; new players can sign till the end of March.

Adults

Reformation of the Devon & Exeter league has been rejected by the member clubs.

Revised fixtures received for Devon & Exeter league to completion of season.

Report regarding referee for match played on 29/12/07 rejected as not submitted with

signature of secretary.

General items

Tournament details for North Molton sent to managers via email.

Trophy sheets for club presentation distributed to all managers. Return to S Clarke as

soon as possible. All perpetual trophies also return as soon as possible.

DCFA player registration submitted for U10’s to U16’s. Photos required as soon as

possible.

DCFA audit received and will be passed to S Clarke for completion.

Subs outstanding at meeting were Adult reserves, Under 16’s and U11’s.

Nothing to report.

Manager's Reports

Adults – Won 2 drawn 1.

Reserves – won 2 lost 1.

Under 16s – played 2, won 1, lost 1.

U15s - played 2 lost 2.

U14s - played 4 won 4.

U13s - played 2 lost 1 won 1.

U12s – played 3 lost 3.

U11s Royals - 2 league games, won 1 lost 1, remain in plate.

U10s – played 1 lost 1.

U9s – played 6 won 6, cup semi final 12

U8s – Result details not given although it was apparent a good time was had by all.

TDC have been notified of the clubs intention to remain at Sandy Lane next season.

Managers were reminded of the fund raising events age groups must arrange.

Adult presentation evening at The Smugglers on 6

K Chadwick requested 6 courtesy tickets to the adult presentation evening for his

sponsors at a cost of £100.00 to the club. In return approx £600.00 from sponsorship

will be given to benefit the entire club.

G Brine requested a set of corner flags. S Clarke to provide.

M Crispin will stand down at the end of the season from pitch bookings.
